Dir. Elizabeth Sakpah Broh-Pelham holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of Liberia (1988). She is a certified member of the Liberia Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA) and also holds a diploma in Airline Ticketing & Reservation from the Morris Airline & Commercial Training Institute in Central Monrovia.

Dir. Broh-Pelham commenced working with the National Legislature of Liberia since 1985 where she started as Payroll and Voucher Supervisor of the Interim Legislative Assembly of Liberia and, through her hard work, grew through several ranks and currently serves as Comptroller General of the Liberian National Legislature. She has extensive experience with asset management, budgeting, and taxes. Mrs. Broh-Pelham is a Financial Coach, Senior Financial Analyst, Auditor, and Payroll Expert amongst other things.
